For our location in Bretzfeld-Schwabbach, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible

Technician work preparation & CAD / CAM programmer (m/f/d)

‍

Your tasks:

- Creation and optimization of CNC programs on 5-axis milling machines

- Support and advice in the production of complex special parts

- Optimization of the automation of our machining centres

- Expansion and continuous improvement of the existing CAD/CAM system Inventor/Tebis

- Scheduling and creation of production orders

- Determination of manufacturing costs

- Post-calculation of production orders

- Evaluation of operating data and creation of key production figures

Your qualifications:

- Completed training as an industrial or cutting machine operator with further training as a CNC specialist

- Practical experience in machining (milling)

- Sound machining and programming skills, in CAD/CAM programming with Inventor/Tebis

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and hands-on mentality

- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
